Making Contributions
( All contribution are earmarked for and will be delivered to “Hope Welcoming Centers to support the orphans at the centers).
On this page, you’ll find everything you need to know about making contributions in a safe and secure way.. To make it easy for sponsors, we accept several of payment. Sponsors in the US will also be eligible for a tax receipt.
Forms of Payment
There are multiple ways in which you, our esteemed sponsor, may submit a contribution to “Hope Welcoming Centers”.

A. Credit Card
Sponsors can make their contributions online with a credit card in one of two ways:
1. By first clicking on the DONATE button upper navigation bar.
2. You will be taken to our secure online payment page. Click on Donate again. Follow directions from there..
Sponsors can also contact our Finance Department directly. Contributors the United States will automatically receive a tax document for all payments made online via our secure online payment page.
Please note that online contributions are only be made for the”Hope Welcoming Centers”.

B. Checks / Money Orders / Postal Orders / Bankers Drafts / Travelers Checks
If you are making a contribution by check, money order, postal order, bankers draft, or traveler’s check, please make contributions payable to “African Cultural Center Inc of each payment.
Contributions are 100% tax-deductible for U.S. residents and are non-refundable. To ensure that you receive a tax document for your contribution all payments should be made payable to “African Cultural Center.Inc”. The check donor is then eligible to receive a tax document for the contribution.

C. Wire Transfer or BACS Transfers
Please contact African cultyral center Treasurerat our headquarters in New York to inquire about transferring funds. Please note that bank charges may apply for using this method.

Tax Receipts
African Cultural Center New York, Inc. is an independent non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions and donations are 100% tax-deductible for people who file taxes in the U.S. If you have any questions regarding this, we recommend that you speak with your tax advisor.
Sponsors making contributions online, through the secure online secure page or Paypal on our website, in any amount will automatically receive a tax document via email. Sponsors that send contributions through the mail in the amount of $200 or more will receive a tax document via mail to the address on the check. Sponsors making a contribution of less than $200 can request a tax document by contacting the treasurer directly .
